Protocols

It has been said that student unions have short memories, which is why it is crucial to keep minutes accurately at all meetings and similar forums. This enables future active members to review and follow up on what was done, said, and decided!

The protocols are unfortunately only in Swedish. If you have any questions regarding any decisions, certain meeting or protocols in general,

The Representative Council is the Unions highest decision making operations. Strategical decisions are made by the council, as well
as choosing all positions of trust within the union.

The Union Board consists of the Presidium and five members elected by the Representative Assembly. They make decisions concerning the Union’s day-to-day operations, hold financial decision-making authority in a range of matters, and function as a flexible working body that carries out tasks within the Union’s area of activity as needed.

Two of the unions committees are the Educational Affairs Committee and the Student Welfare Committee. The committees work with projects regarding Educational Affairs and Student Welfare on a faculty level.

The Nomination Committee is responsible for preparing elections and nominating candidates for the Union’s positions of trust.

The Career Committee works to strengthen the prospects of humanities and theology students on the labour market through external engagement, informational initiatives, and relevant events.
