Internal complaints form
The internal complaints form is an anonymous form for the union’s active members and is directed to the Board’s external contact person. This contact person will process the case based on your wishes, which is why we ask you to specify how you would like the union to handle your case. If you do not specify this, the contact person will proceed in the manner deemed appropriate for the situation. You can read more about the Board’s external contact person in the union’s Policy for Equality, Equal Opportunities and Diversity, as well as in the Work Environment Policy. Ellinor Richardsson is the Board’s external contact person for the operational year 25/26.
Through the form, you can report matters that have occurred within the union but that you do not want to go through the Presidium. If you instead want a case to reach the Presidium, you can email ordf@hts.lu.se. If you do not wish to remain anonymous and would like the Board’s external contact person to contact you, you may include your contact details at the end of your message. If you choose to remain fully anonymous, we cannot guarantee that the information provided is accurate, ensure follow-up, or confirm that measures can be taken.
