The Representative Assembly

 

The Representative Assembly is responsible for the Union’s strategic work and economy, approves the regulatory documents and is the highest decision making body of the Union. Besides this, the Representative Assembly elects the representatives for the Union’s positions of trust. The Representative Assembly usually has one meeting per month. If you wish to be summoned to these meetings, send an e-mail to ordf@hts.lu.se.

All members of HTS can candidate to the Representative Assembly, and vote in the election which is held during spring. If you candidate, you need to be a member of HTS, interested in the Union’s work and able to perform the duty for the entire year. The Representative Assembly consists of 15 full members and 6 substitute members.

Who can join the Representative Assembly?

All members of HTS may candidate and vote in the Representative Assembly election, which is held in the spring. In this election, 15 full members and 6 substitutes are elected for the Representative Assembly.

If you would like to candidate for the Representative Assembly, you should be a member of HTS, be interested in the Union’s operations, organizational questions as well as student topics.
