Today the nomination committee presents their nominations for the reannounced positions of trust 2020/2021. The entire protocol, including the nomination texts, can be found (in Swedish) here.

If you weren’t nominated, or forgot to apply but still want to candidate for one of the positions, you can still be elected by counter candidating. You can counter candidate for both positions where someone else has been nominated, or for position where no one else has been nominated. You do this by sending an email to ordf@hts.lu.se no later than 30th of October 2020. The decision will be made on the elective representative assembly on the 9th of November 2020.

Valberedningen utlyser härmed posten som Novischamiral för verksamhetsåret 2020/2021 samt restutlyser poster från Val-FUM 1.

De restutlysta posterna är:

Nu kan du söka till dessa förtroendeposter på HTS för verksamhetsåret 20/21! Sök själv eller nominera någon annan senast den 26 april. Beskrivningar av alla utlysta poster finns i HTS Reglemente och HTS Postbeskrivningar.

För att ansöka till posten som novischamiral fyller du i det här formuläret senast den 26 april:

För att söka till styrelsen skickar du ett personligt brev där du beskriver dig själv, varför du hade passat till posten och vad du vill åstadkomma med posten till valberedningen@hts.lu.se senast den 26 april.

OBSERVERA!

På grund av rådande omständigheter kring coronaviruset och covid-19 kommer följande att gälla kring arvodering av uppdraget som novischamiral:

  • Arvodering kommer att betalas ut som vanligt, men arbetsuppgifterna kan komma att se väldigt annorlunda ut jämfört med tidigare novischperioder.

  • Arbetet för Novischamiralen förutsätter god kommunikation med presidiet verksamhetsåret 2020/2021 för att komma fram till bästa lämpliga lösning för respektive situation.

För de restutlysta posterna gäller samma villkor som vanligt.

PLEASE NOTE!

Due to the current circumstances regarding the coronavirus and covid-19, the following will apply regarding the renumeration of the position as Novice Admiral:

  • The renumeration will be paid as usual, but your tasks as Novice Admiral may be significantly different compared to previous year’s Novice Orientations.

  • Working as Novice Admiral requires good and consistent communication with the Presidium during 2020/2021, to ensure the best possible solution to any given situation that may arise.

For the other positions, the conditions will be the same.

Enkät rörande omställning till digital undervisning och examination

All undervisning på universitet och högskolor har behövt ställas om på grund av den rådande situationen kring corona (covid-19). Humanistiska och teologiska studentkåren fortsätter som vanligt att jobba med att bevaka och förbättra utbildningarna vid HT-fakulteterna, även om situationen inte ser ut som den brukar.

Du kan hjälpa oss att utföra vårt jobb genom att fylla i vår enkät och berätta hur bra eller dåligt du tycker att omställning, undervisning och information från lärare har fungerat i samband med digitaliseringen. Vi är tacksamma för alla svar som vi får in!

All education and instruction at the universities in Sweden have been forced to change into digital solutions due to the current situation with corona (covid-19). The Student Union for Humanities and Theology continues to work with monitoring and improving the educations at the HT faculties, despite the rather different situation.

You can help us in our work by filling out our survey and tell us how good or bad you think the transition, instruction and information form teachers have worked in reagards to the digitalisation. We are grateful for all answers!

Till presidiet söker vi dig som som vill leda kårens verksamhet framåt. Vi söker dig som både kan arbeta självständigt med egna arbetsområden, men också i tätt samarbete med kårens andra delar. Du har visioner om vad som kan förbättras inom kåren, men förstår också vikten av rutinarbete. De tre presidieposterna har flera saker gemensamt, men också individuella ansvarsområden. Som presidial har du också nära kontakt med universitetet och det är din uppgift att representera kårens studenter i de sammanhangen.

Till styrelsen söker vi dig som vill arbeta med kårens organisation och vill driva det dagliga arbetet vid sidan av dina studier. Vi söker dig som har insikt i kårens övergripande arbete, och som vill ha mer erfarenhet av kårens verksamhet. Styrelsen arbetar med presidiet för att verkställa fullmäktiges beslut.

For the presidium, we are looking for you who wants to lead the union’s work forward. You know how to work independently, but also closely together with the other parts of the union’s organisation. You have visions about how to improve the union, but also understand the importance of everyday routine work. The three positions have much in common, but also individual areas of responsibility. As president or vice-president you will also work closely with the university and it is your task to represent the students of the union in those contexts.

For the board, we are looking for you who wants to work with the union’s organisation and want to run the daily operations next to your studies. We are looking for you who has insight in the union’s general operations, and who wants to gain more experience in union work. The board works with the presidents to execute the decisions from the union’s Representative Council.

If you want to know more about the positions, you can find the descriptions here. However, please note that these documents are currently only available in Swedish. If you need any assistance, please contact the nomination committee and we will translate for you.

Candidating

You candidate to the presidium by submitting a CV and a personal letter.

You candidate to the board by submitting a personal letter.

Send your letter to valberedningen@hts.lu.se no later than the 22nd of March. Specify what post you are applying for in the subject line. Incomplete candidatures will not be taken into consideration.

Nominating someone else

You nominate someone else by sending an e-mail to valberedningen@hts.lu.se. The e-mail needs to contain the name of the person you wish to nominate, which post you wish to nominate them to, their e-mail adress and a motivation to why you wish to nominate the person. Keep in mind that both the Nomination Committee and the nominee will need time to submit a candidacy, so don’t nominate at the last minute. After the Nominations Committee has received the nomination, they will contact the nominated person to inform them that they have been nominated. After that, the person must candidate themselves.

Igår valde HTS Fullmäktige ett nytt presidium för verksamhetsåret 19/20 - vi säger stort grattis till nyvalda ordförande Linnea Karlsson, VKOU Cornelia Andersson och VKOS Marina Hansson! Ni kommer att göra ett toppenjobb.

Fullmäktige valde också Anna Johansson till en av posterna i kårstyrelsen 19/20 - stort grattis även där! Resterande fyra poster i kårstyrelsen tillsattes inte.

New presidium and board

Yesterday HTS Representative Assembly elected a new presidium for the year of 19/20 - we would like to congratulate the newly elected president Linnea Karlsson, VKOU Cornelia Andersson and VKOS Marina Hansson! You’ll do a great job.

The Representative Assembly also elected Anna Johansson for one of the positions in the union board of 19/20 - a big congratulations to you too! The other for positions in the union board were not filled.

Fullmäktige fattar beslutet om tillsättningen av posterna den 16 april. Today the nomination committee presents their nominations for the positions in the board and the presidium 19/20! Their protocol, including the motivation texts, will shortly be available to read in the documents archive (in Swedish).

The nomination committee nominates:

Nu kan du kandidera till presidium och styrelse för verksamhetsåret 2019/2020!

Till presidiet söker vi dig som som vill leda kårens verksamhet framåt. Vi söker dig som både kan arbeta självständigt med egna arbetsområden, men också i tätt samarbete med kårens andra delar. Du har visioner om vad som i kåren kan förbättras, men förstår också vikten av rutinarbetet. De tre presidieposterna har flera saker gemensamt, men också individuella ansvarsområden.

Till styrelsen söker vi dig som vill arbeta med kårens organisation och vill driva det dagliga arbetet vid sidan av dina studier. Vi söker dig som har insikt i kårens övergripande arbete, och som vill ha mer erfarenhet av kårens arbete.

Valberedningen vill uppmana dig som är sugen på att söka att noga läsa igenom dokumenten Reglemente och Postbeskrivningar innan du kandiderar.

Att nominera någon annan

Du nominerar någon annan genom att skicka ett mejl till valberedningen@hts.lu.se. Mejlet ska innehålla personen du önskar nomineras namn, vilken post du vill nominera hen till, en mejladress till personen samt en motivering till varför du nominerar personen. Ofullständiga nomineringar behandlas inte.

Efter inkommen nominering kommer valberedningen att kontakta den nominerade personen med information om att hen har blivit nominerad. Därefter måste personen själv kandidera. Senaste dag att skicka in nomineringar till valberedningen är den 7 mars, men det kan vara bra att tänka på att den nominerade personen också måste ha tid att skicka in sin kandidatur.

For the presidium, we are looking for you who wants to lead the union’s work. You know how to work individually, but also closely together with the other parts of the union’s operations. You have visions about how to improve the union’s operations, but also understand the importance of everyday routine work. The three positions have much in common, but also individual areas of responsibility.

For the board, we are looking for you who wants to work with the union’s organisation and want to run the daily operations next to studying. We are looking for you who has insight in the union’s general operations, and who wants to gain more experience in union work.

The Nominations Committee wants to encourage you who feels like applying for a post to have a look in the documents Reglemente and Postbeskrivningar before you send in your application. However, please note that these documents are currently only available in Swedish.

Candidating

You candidate to the presidium by submitting a CV and a personal letter.

You candidate to the board by submitting a personal letter.

Send your letter to valberedningen@hts.lu.se no later than the 7th of March. Specify what post you are applying for in the subject line. Incomplete candidatures will not be taken into consideration.

Nominating someone else

You nominate someone else by sending an e-mail to valberedningen@hts.lu.se. The e-mail needs to contain the name of the person you wish to nominate, which post you wish to nominate them to, their e-mail adress and a motivation to why you wish to nominate the person.

After the Nominations Committee has received the nomination, they will contact the nominated person to inform them that they have been nominated. After that, the person must candidate themselves. The last day to nominate someone is the 7th of March, but remember that the person you’re nomination also must have time to candidate.
