Valberedningen utlyser härmed posten som Novischamiral för verksamhetsåret 2020/2021 samt restutlyser poster från Val-FUM 1.

Nu kan du söka till dessa förtroendeposter på HTS för verksamhetsåret 20/21! Sök själv eller nominera någon annan senast den 26 april. Beskrivningar av alla utlysta poster finns i HTS Reglemente och HTS Postbeskrivningar.
För att ansöka till posten som novischamiral fyller du i det här formuläret senast den 26 april:
För att söka till styrelsen skickar du ett personligt brev där du beskriver dig själv, varför du hade passat till posten och vad du vill åstadkomma med posten till valberedningen@hts.lu.se senast den 26 april.
OBSERVERA!
På grund av rådande omständigheter kring coronaviruset och covid-19 kommer följande att gälla kring arvodering av uppdraget som novischamiral:
Arvodering kommer att betalas ut som vanligt, men arbetsuppgifterna kan komma att se väldigt annorlunda ut jämfört med tidigare novischperioder.
Arbetet för Novischamiralen förutsätter god kommunikation med presidiet verksamhetsåret 2020/2021 för att komma fram till bästa lämpliga lösning för respektive situation.
För de restutlysta posterna gäller samma villkor som vanligt.

Du nominerar någon annan genom att skicka ett mejl till valberedningen@hts.lu.se. Mejlet ska innehålla personen du önskar nomineras namn, vilken post du vill nominera hen till, en mejladress till personen samt en motivering till varför du nominerar personen. Ofullständiga nomineringar behandlas inte. Efter inkommen nominering kommer valberedningen att kontakta den nominerade personen med information om att hen har blivit nominerad. Därefter måste personen själv kandidera i formuläret. Senaste dag att skicka in nomineringar till valberedningen är den 26 april, men det kan vara bra att tänka på att den nominerade personen också måste ha tid att kandidera.
The Election Committee hereby advertises the position as Novice Admiral for the year 2020/2021 as well as the vacant positions från Val-FUM 1 (Election Representative Council Meeting 1).

To apply for the position as Member of the Board, please send a personal letter describing yourself, why you would be a good fit for the Board as well as your visions for the Board to valberedningen@hts.lu.se.

Due to the current circumstances regarding the coronavirus and covid-19, the following will apply regarding the renumeration of the position as Novice Admiral:
The renumeration will be paid as usual, but your tasks as Novice Admiral may be significantly different compared to previous year’s Novice Orientations.
Working as Novice Admiral requires good and consistent communication with the Presidium during 2020/2021, to ensure the best possible solution to any given situation that may arise.
For the other positions, the conditions will be the same.

You can nominate someone else by sending an e-mail to valberedningen@hts.lu.se. The e-mail needs to contain the name of the person you wish to nominate, which post you wish to nominate them to, their e-mail adress and a motivation to why you wish to nominate the person. After the Nominations Committee has received the nomination, they will contact the nominated person to inform them that they have been nominated. After that, the person must candidate themselves. The last day to nominate someone is April 26th, but remember that the person you’re nominating also must have time to candidate.
